INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds tip of haunch
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 5 tablespoons of oil
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Haunch tip marinated with oil, onion, garlic and pepper. Prink
it well. Leave it for about two or three hours. Take it on
the grill and leave for 20 minutes above. Turn it, leave at
the same time and lower it. Serve.
