GRILLED SALMON

INGREDIENTS


• 1 kilo of salmon
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary and dried
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper
PREPARATION

Mix the lemon juice and rosemary oil, shake and let it marinate for two hours in a jar with a lid.
Strain the mixture and cover with it the fillets. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Place the steaks on the grill and broil double over medium heat for eight minutes. Bathe with the mixture and turn it. Let another eight minutes when in point, lower them and serve immediately.

CHICKEN SATE


               (6 servings)

INGREDIENTS

•  4 boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 6 tablespoons rum
• Scraped 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
• ½ cup orange juice
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 1 pinch of paprika
• Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Mix in a bowl all ingredients except the chicken. Stir well. Put the chicken breasts and leave them there for four hours to marinate. Turn on the grill and when hot leads and leave the chicken breasts until cooked, first one side then the other. Occasionally spread with the sauce in that marinade. Serve with a salad and baked potato.

LOIN CLOTH

INGREDIENTS

• 4 pounds beef tender loin fat clean
•1 kilo of salt
• 1 wipe clean


PREPARATION
Extends wipe the counter and cover with a quarter inch layer of salt. Place dry steak on salt and wrap in the wipe. Tie it with string. Throw in the hot embers of the fire for 20 minutes (16 minutes if you want red or 18 red semi if you want). Remove from heat, cut and remove the wipe the salt burned. Place the tenderloin on a board and cut into thin slices. Serve immediately.

BBQ RIBS

INGREDIENTS



• 1,500 grams of pork ribs
• 1 red pepper
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 50 ml of wood flavor sauce
• 5 tomatoes
• 200 grams of sugar

PREPARATION

Blend the ingredients and bring to heat for 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Apart take the ribs in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour until golden brown. Add in the sauce and leave in oven for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

RIBS WITH HONEY SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

• 6 pounds of pork ribs
• 1 tablespoon honey
• ½ cup sherry
• 1 ½ cups chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
• 1 clove garlic, minced

PREPARATION
Put all ingredients in a large skillet, less ribs. Stir well, incorporates the ribs and let them marinate for three or four hours. Take them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Celsius, in a baking dish in the same liquid. Set aside for twenty minutes. Remove from the oven and take them to the grill for 10 ten minutes, coerving them occasionally with the sauce that is baked. Serve it.

HAUNCH

• 2 pounds tip of haunch
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 5 tablespoons of oil
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
Haunch tip marinated with oil, onion, garlic and pepper. Prink it well. Leave it for about two or three hours. Take it on the grill and leave for 20 minutes above. Turn it, leave at the same time and lower it. Serve.
